About Us:

Assisting Hands Home Care - Franklin is dedicated to offering personalized non-medical support services in clients' homes, particularly for the elderly and disabled. Our mission is to maintain the dignity and independence of those we serve while providing a spirit of concern about their welfare, enabling quality of life and choices in their care.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
Monitor clients' health and safety while providing companionship and emotional support during overnight hours.
Respond to clients’ needs and concerns promptly and with care.
Document daily activities, including care provided and any changes in clients' conditions.
Collaborate with the caregiving team to ensure a seamless and high-quality care experience for our clients.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

Previous experience in caregiving or a related field.
Compassionate and patient approach to working with elderly
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass a clean background check
Must be 18 years or older

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is available as both Full-Time and Part-Time, with availability required from Monday through Sunday.

Location:

This position is on-site only, located in Williamson County, Tennessee.
