Role Overview: As a Shift Leader at Scooter's Coffee, you'll be responsible for leading the shift and ensuring seamless operations at our drive-through location. This role requires you to collaborate closely with your team to guarantee excellent service and uphold our commitment to quick and friendly customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the shift to ensure effective operations during your hours.
• Support the team in delivering superior service while maintaining efficiency.
• Aid in training and onboarding new team members.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Collaborate with the team to keep the workspace tidy and organized.

Employment Type & Availability: This is a Full-Time position in Pensacola, Florida, with candidates required to work on weekends.
