Role Overview:

As a Personal Caregiver at Homewatch CareGivers, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support to clients in their homes. In this role, you’ll work closely with clients and their families to deliver personalized services that promote dignity and independence. Whether you work on-site in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania, you’ll have the opportunity to make a direct impact on the lives of those you care for.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
2. Support clients with daily living activities and provide companionship.
3. Administer medication as directed and monitor client health and safety.
4. Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation to create a safe and welcoming home environment.
5. Collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to ensure care plans meet individual needs.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Previous experience in a caregiving role or personal care experience.
2. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
3. A compassionate nature and genuine desire to help others.
4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
5. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to client locations.

Bonus If You:

1. Have certification in CPR or first aid.
2. Possess specialized training in dementia or related fields.
3. Have experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is Full-Time, Monday through Friday.

Location:

This position is on-site only in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania.
