Role Overview:

As a Caregiver at Assisting Hands Home Care, you will be responsible for providing compassionate support to our clients in their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our client care team to ensure the highest quality of service is delivered. Whether you choose a full-time, part-time, or on-call shift, you’ll have the flexibility to make a positive impact on the lives of those you assist.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide personal care services, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
2. Monitor and report changes in clients' health status and well-being.
3. Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, promoting their comfort and independence.
4. Assist with meal preparation and ensure optimal nutrition for clients.
5. Help clients with mobility and transportation needs as required.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Previous experience as a caregiver or in a similar role.
2. Strong communication skills in English.
3. Compassionate and patient demeanor with a passion for helping others.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Bonus If You:

1. Have certifications in CPR or First Aid.
2. Possess additional languages that may benefit communication with clients.
3. Have experience working with clients with specific needs (e.g., Alzheimer’s, disability services).

Employment Type & Availability:

This position offers full-time, part-time, and on-call shifts based on your availability, with shifts available every day of the week.

Location:

This position is fully remote and open to candidates located in Sugar Land, Texas.
