Caregiver | Full-Time, Part-Time & On-Call Shifts Available

We are currently hiring Caregivers/Housekeepers who want to make a real difference while building a stable and rewarding career. No clinical background is required for entry-level roles: just reliability, kindness, and a desire to support seniors who wish to remain safe and independent at home. Experienced caregivers are also welcome, with opportunities to take on more responsibilities and hours as our client base grows.

What You’ll Do

Depending on your experience and client needs, you may provide:

• Light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying, organization)
• Meal preparation and kitchen assistance
• Bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting
• Safe transfers and mobility assistance
• Medication reminders and monitoring health
• Warm companionship, conversation, and emotional support
• Encouraging mobility and ensuring safety
• End-of-life and comfort care (experienced caregivers)
• Running errands or grocery shopping as needed
• Collaborating with families and care coordinators
• Supporting clients with dignity and respect

Who We’re Looking For

• Entry-level or experienced caregivers with senior care, home care, hospitality, or customer service background
• Experience with child care, group home settings, or prior PCA work is a plus
• Naturally caring, patient, and respectful
• Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working independently
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Clear and compassionate communication skills
• Open to learning caregiving skills (training provided for entry-level)
• CPR/First Aid certification required
• TB testing and fingerprint clearance preferred
• PCA Certification is a plus for experienced caregivers
• Available for part-time hours, with opportunities to grow

What We Offer

• $14.00 – $18.00/hour depending on experience, paid weekly
