Role Overview:

As a Scheduling Coordinator at Homewatch CareGivers of Lakewood, you will be responsible for managing caregiver schedules and ensuring optimal client-caregiver matches. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the care team to streamline operations and maintain high-quality service delivery. You will work on-site in Lakewood, Colorado, and have the opportunity to positively impact our clients' lives every day.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and manage caregiver and nurses schedules to ensure adequate coverage and optimal client service.
2. Communicate effectively with caregivers, nursing staff and clients to confirm scheduling details and resolve any issues.
3. Utilize technology and scheduling software to track and maintain accurate schedules.
4. Assist in training new caregivers on scheduling processes and expectations.
5. Collaborate with management to analyze scheduling efficiency and improve service quality.
6. Clinical Staffing: Coordinate complex schedules for a multidisciplinary team of RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and Therapists to ensure 100% visit compliance.
7. Plan of Care Integration: Review physician orders and Admission Orders to schedule the required frequency and duration of skilled services.
8. Credential Tracking: Monitor clinical staff credentials to ensure all field employees remain compliant with state requirements.
9. Urgent Response: Manage last-minute call-outs and urgent new-patient referrals to ensure seamless care transitions.

Qualifications:

5. Compassionate demeanor with a focus on client care.

1. Have previous experience in a scheduling or coordinator role.
2. Are familiar with the home care industry.
3. Speak additional languages to assist a diverse client base.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is Full-Time, Monday through Friday.

Location:

This position is on-site only in Lakewood, Colorado.
