Role Overview:

As a Caregiver at Assisting Hands Home Care - Franklin, you will be responsible for providing compassionate, personalized support to clients in their homes.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate care and support to clients in their homes.
Assist clients with daily activities including meal preparation, personal grooming, and medication reminders.
Support clients in maintaining their dignity and independence while respecting their choices and preferences.
Communicate regularly with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
Document and report any changes in clients' conditions to appropriate personnel.

Qualifications:

Experience in caregiving or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing the best care possible.
Willingness to learn and receive training as needed.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is available as both Full-Time and Part-Time, with availability primarily during weekdays (Monday through Friday).

Location:

This position is on-site only and based in Franklin, Tennessee.
