Role Overview:

As an In-Home Caregiver at FirstLight Home Care, you will be responsible for providing compassionate support to our clients in their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with families to ensure that their loved ones receive the high-quality care they deserve, helping to enhance their daily lives. Whether you work full-time or part-time, you’ll have the flexibility to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
2. Assist with meal preparation and medication reminders.
3. Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversation.
4. Support clients with transportation to appointments and activities.
5. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
6. Collaborate with families to provide updates and address any concerns.
7. Document and report any changes in the client’s condition to the care team.

2. Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is available as both Full-Time and Part-Time with shifts available Monday through Sunday.

Location:

This position is on-site only at our FirstLight of Newark location in Newark, Ohio.
