NOW HIRING – HHA / CNA CAREGIVERS

📍 Location: Ocoee, FL

💰 Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

⏰ 12-Hour Shifts | Days, Nights, Weekdays & Weekends

Homewatch CareGivers of Winter Garden is looking for compassionate, reliable, and experienced Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide quality in-home care for a client located in Ocoee, Florida.

This client requires 24/7 care, and we are hiring multiple caregivers to cover daytime and overnight shifts.

Available Shifts

• Day Shifts: 12 hours
• Night Shifts: 12 hours
• Weekdays and Weekends Available
• Consistent schedules and ongoing assignments
• Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Mandatory Requirements

• Valid HHA Certificate or Florida CNA License
• Current CPR Certification
• Florida Level 2 Background Screening / Fingerprinting (must meet applicable AHCA requirements)
• Valid government-issued photo ID
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Ability to communicate effectively in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience providing in-home care, especially with elderly clients
• Experience assisting with transfers, mobility, bathing, dressing, toileting, and other activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Experience with clients requiring continuous supervision
• Ability to work independently and follow an established care plan
• Strong communication skills, patience, compassion, and professionalism
• Availability to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends

Caregiver Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Provide safe mobility and transfer assistance
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
• Provide medication reminders within the caregiver's permitted scope
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry related to client care
• Offer companionship, supervision, and emotional support
• Monitor and report changes in the client's condition
• Maintain accurate care documentation
• Follow agency policies, safety procedures, and the client's individualized care plan
