Senior Sales Leader – Industrial Water Treatment

Location: Boston, MA area

Compensation: $120k-$140k + solid commission plan

As a Senior Sales Leader in Industrial Water Treatment, you’ll be at the forefront of driving growth in a thriving region. Leveraging your expertise in water treatment systems—boilers, cooling towers, reverse osmosis, chillers, and wastewater solutions in industrial & manufacturing clients—you’ll:

  • Identify and secure new customers, making a direct impact on the business.
  • Showcase your strategic thinking by crafting and executing tailored sales plans using tailored water treatment solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical staff and account managers to create innovative solutions that meet the unique needs of industries in the Boston area.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a technical field preferred.
  • 7+ years of successful experience in water treatment.
  • Strong knowledge of water treatment systems and applications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalent tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Prospect and cold call to build new customer relationships.
  • Present compelling proposals and communicate the value proposition effectively.
  • As the account grows, you will have an account management team assisting for sustained success.
  • Entertain potential clients to foster lasting partnerships.
