In-Home Caregiver

FirstLight Home Care is hiring compassionate and dependable In-Home Caregivers to provide personalized care and support to clients in their homes.

We are looking for caregivers who enjoy helping others and want a flexible, rewarding opportunity making a difference in their community.

Schedule

Full-time and part-time opportunities available
Day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts may be available
Flexible scheduling based on client needs and caregiver availability

Responsibilities

As an In-Home Caregiver, you may assist clients with:

Companionship and conversation
Personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Meal preparation
Light housekeeping
Medication reminders
Mobility and transfer assistance
Transportation and errands
Assistance with daily activities
Providing a safe and comfortable home environment

Qualifications

Compassionate and dependable
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently in a client’s home
Reliable transportation
Ability to meet applicable background check and employment requirements
Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required for all positions
