Your Impact

Provide compassionate, individualized care based on each client's Plan of Care
Monitor and document client progress and communicate updates to the care team
Build trusted relationships with clients and their families

What You'll Need

Active, unrestricted RN license for WA State
CPR certification & negative TB test or chest X-ray
At least 1 year of nursing experience (home health preferred)
Wound care certification is a plus
Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
Physical ability to assist clients safely
