Role Overview:

As a Care Manager at Homewatch CareGivers, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing client care services. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our care team to ensure the delivery of compassionate and personalized in-home care to individuals of all ages.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage client care schedules and ensure timely coordination of caregiver assignments.
  2. Conduct client assessments and reassessments to develop personalized care plans.
  3. Collaborate with the care team to provide exceptional service and support to clients and their families.
  4. Maintain open and effective communication with clients, caregivers, and families.
  5. Support the recruitment and training of caregivers to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

  1. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  2. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  3. Compassionate caregiving experience.
  4. Reliable, dependable and able to problem-solve under pressure.
  5. Have experience in care coordination, scheduling or a related field.
  6. Have experience in home care.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is Full Time, Monday through Friday.

This is an on-site position in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.
