The Role

As an LPN – Skilled Home Care, you’ll provide high-quality, one-on-one nursing care to clients in the comfort of their own homes. You’ll work closely with our supportive clinical and office teams to ensure each client receives safe, personalized, and compassionate care.

This is an opportunity to build meaningful relationships with clients and their families while providing the skilled nursing care they depend on.

What You’ll Do

• Provide skilled nursing care in the home setting according to each client’s individualized plan of care.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor, assess, and document changes in the client’s condition.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, caregivers, and the BrightStar Care clinical team.
• Promote client safety, comfort, dignity, and overall well-being.
• Provide compassionate, professional care tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

What We’re Looking For

You’re a great fit if you have:

• A current LPN license in the state of Texas.
• A compassionate, dependable, and professional approach to patient care.
• The ability to provide safe and confident one-on-one nursing care.
• Strong communication and clinical judgment skills.
• The ability to work independently while remaining connected with the clinical team.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends.

Bonus If You Have

• Previous home health or private-duty nursing experience.
• Experience working with electronic health records (EHR).
• Additional certifications or specialized clinical experience.

Schedule & Employment

Part-Time | Flexible Scheduling

Scheduling needs may include Monday through Sunday, depending on client needs and your availability.

Because this is a part-time position, hours are based on client needs and your availability.

Location

Princeton, Texas

This position provides care in clients’ homes within the Princeton area.
