Role Overview:

As a Compassionate Caregiver at Home Helpers, you will be responsible for providing exceptional personal care and support to our clients in their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our caregiving team to ensure each client's needs are met with the utmost compassion and respect. Whether you work on-site in Woodbridge, Virginia, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others every day.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide personal care services, including bathing, grooming, and assistance with daily activities.
2. Prepare meals and assist clients with dietary needs.
3. Offer companionship and engage clients in social activities to enhance their quality of life.
4. Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.
5. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to provide holistic care.

Qualifications:

You’re a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with clients.
2. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a caring team.
3. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
4. Certifications as a Personal Care Aide (PCA) preferred.
5. Prior experience in a caregiving role is a plus.

Bonus If You:

1. Have CPR and First Aid certifications.
2. Speak additional languages to assist a diverse client base.
3. Possess experience in senior care or healthcare settings.
