Kid to Kid Ahwatukee is a locally owned and operated resale store dedicated to serving families in our community. We believe that kids grow faster than paychecks, and our mission is to provide a sustainable way for parents to buy and sell the best things their children outgrow.

What We Do We buy, sell, and trade the best things kids outgrow at lightning speed. Unlike a traditional retail store, we pay cash for clothing and other items from families coming into the store every day. We take pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and great-looking environment where local parents can find top brands at unbeatable prices.

Our team manages the entire inventory process, including tagging, hanging, and merchandising. We are proactive and innovative with our customers to ensure they have the best shopping experience possible. Our teams cross-train for various positions and work in other areas of the store as needed to keep the shop running smoothly.

Responsibilities Include:

• Floor Presentation: Maintaining selling floor presentations and restocking them as needed to keep our selection fresh.
• Product Processing: Tagging and sorting clothes, toys, and equipment with speed and accuracy.
• Efficiency: Learning Kid to Kid systems and procedures to enhance work efficiencies and complete support duties.
• Customer Care: Handling all returns and customer needs courteously and professionally.
• Professionalism: Maintaining a professional attitude with sincerity and enthusiasm for our mission.
• Training: Developing procedure knowledge by completing online training modules.
• Awareness: Staying aware of current promotional events and sales to better assist our shoppers.
• Store Care: Maintaining good housekeeping to keep our store a welcoming place for the community.

Compensation: $15.15 - $15.25 (bilingual incentive)
