Role Overview:

As a Caregiver (Flexible Hours) at Assisting Hands Rosenberg, you will be responsible for providing compassionate care to seniors and clients who require assistance in their daily activities. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our supportive team to ensure clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes. Whether you work full-time or part-time, you’ll enjoy flexible schedules that promote work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide personal care and support for daily living activities, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for clients.
2. Assist clients with mobility, medication reminders, and meal preparation as needed.
3. Communicate effectively with clients and their families to understand individual needs and preferences.
4. Maintain accurate records of services provided and report any changes in client condition to supervisors.
5. Collaborate with the caregiving team to maintain high standards of care and provide emotional support.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Compassionate and patient demeanor, with a genuine passion for helping others.
2. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
4. Previous caregiving experience or certifications are a plus but not required.
5. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, as needed.

Bonus If You:

1. Have additional language skills to communicate with a diverse clientele.
2. Possess relevant certifications like CPR or first aid.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is available as Full-Time or Part-Time with flexible hours, including weekdays and weekends.
