Homewatch CareGivers of Henderson provides non-medical in-home care services for seniors and adults who need extra support to remain safe and independent at home. We assist with companionship, personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility/transfers), meal preparation, medication reminders, transportation, respite care, dementia support, and light housekeeping. Role Overview:

As a Compassionate Caregiver at Homewatch CareGivers, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, personalized care to seniors and individuals who need assistance to maintain their independence at home. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our care team to ensure that each client receives support tailored to their unique needs. Whether you work on a full-time or part-time basis, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of those you care for.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide light housekeeping services, including laundry, dishes, tidying, and organization.
2. Prepare meals and assist in the kitchen as needed.
3. Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
4. Facilitate safe transfers and mobility assistance.
5. Provide medication reminders and monitor clients’ health conditions.
6. Offer warm companionship and emotional support to clients.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Reliability and a genuine passion for helping others.
2. Excellent communication skills, including proficiency in English.
3. Ability to maintain a compassionate and patient demeanor in challenging situations.
4. Willingness to learn and adapt to each client’s unique preferences.
5. Prior experience in caregiving, housekeeping, childcare, or hospitality is a plus, but not required.

Bonus If You:

1. Have experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities.
2. Possess certifications in caregiving, CPR, or first aid.
3. Are multilingual or have cultural sensitivity training.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position offers both Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities with flexible availability including Monday through Sunday.

Location:

This position is on-site in Henderson, Nevada.
