Role Overview

As a Home Health RN, you’ll provide personalized, one-on-one nursing care to patients in the comfort of their homes. You’ll work closely with our supportive clinical and administrative teams while maintaining the independence and flexibility that make home health nursing rewarding.

This role is ideal for an experienced RN who enjoys building meaningful relationships with patients, applying strong clinical judgment, and delivering high-quality care outside of a traditional healthcare setting.

You’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients’ lives while enjoying the flexibility of a part-time schedule across the DFW area.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in patients’ homes, including infusion therapy, wound care, and lab draws.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and identify changes in condition.
• Develop and follow individualized plans of care to support positive patient outcomes.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered.
• Monitor patient responses to treatment and communicate significant changes to the clinical team.
• Educate patients and families on medications, treatments, disease processes, and ongoing care needs.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, caregivers, families, and other healthcare professionals to promote continuity of care.
• Manage your time effectively while providing safe, compassionate, and dependable care.

Qualifications

You’re a great fit for this role if you have:

• Current RN license in the state of Texas.
• Previous home health or skilled nursing experience.
• Experience with infusion therapy, wound care, and lab draws.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work independently while remaining connected with the clinical team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.

Bonus If You Have

• IV therapy or wound care certification.
• Pediatric nursing experience.
• Experience working with medically complex patients.
• Bilingual or multilingual communication skills.

Employment Type & Availability

Part-Time | Monday–Sunday

Scheduling is flexible and based on patient needs and your availability. This position is ideal for an RN looking for meaningful clinical work while maintaining flexibility in their schedule.

Richardson, Texas | Serving the DFW Area

This is an in-home position, with patients located throughout the DFW area.
