Uptown Cheapskate in Little Elm, TX is looking for a high-energy, style-savvy Sales Consultant to join our team! This is a long-term, year-round position (not seasonal)—so if you're looking for a fun, steady place to grow your retail career, you just found it.

What You’ll Be Doing (Your Day-to-Day)

As a Sales Consultant, you are the heartbeat of our store. You’ll get to touch every part of the fashion resale world:

• Curate the Style: Help select on-trend items from customers looking to sell their clothes.
• Vibe Check: Greet customers, help them style outfits, and deliver a welcoming checkout experience.
• Keep It Fresh: Sort, tag, hang, and organize incoming merchandise to keep the sales floor looking flawless.
• Get Creative: Assist with creating fun, engaging content for our social media pages!
• The Essentials: Help with light cleaning and keep the store organized and beautiful.

Who You Are

If you live and breathe fashion and love working with people, you’re exactly who we’re looking for! Here is the checklist:

The Basics: Must be 18 years or older with reliable transportation.

The Vibe: Exceptionally friendly, dependable, hard-working, and bringing high energy every shift.

The Fashion Eye: You genuinely LOVE fashion! Preference is given to those who know current young adult trends and have previous retail apparel experience.

Availability: Ready to work 20–40 hours per week (including a mix of shifts).

The Physical Stuff: You’ll need to be on your feet for long periods, able to reach up for displays, and comfortable lifting clothing bins.
