Crumbl Cookies—the brand made famous by Tik Tok—is hiring immediately for Bakers to become a part of our team.

Are you a creative and an amazing cookie lover who strives to provide excellent baked treats and service in an efficient, professional manner? Are you interested in serving up deliciousness to the university community? Then you are what we are looking for to join our Crew!

Bakers will execute and understand recipes, perform quality checks on ingredients and finished products, use frostings, glazes, fillings, and other toppings to enhance item presentation, and process orders from customers. They will greet customers, answer questions, clean workstations and equipment, and perform other duties to ensure that customer needs are satisfied, and the bakery is well-stocked and operating smoothly.

To be a successful Baker, an individual should be efficient and friendly with a focus on food quality and customer satisfaction. They should be organized, decisive, attentive, and possess a strong understanding of baking techniques.

Bakers will also be expected to be able to work on their feet for continuous hours at a time and lift potentially heavy objects when necessary. Prior experience is preferred, but not necessary.

Baker Job Responsibilities:

• Reading and understand recipes.
• Measuring and combining ingredients and using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make cookies.
• Decorating and displaying finished product
• Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls
• Greeting customers, answering questions, making recommendations, accepting orders and payment, and providing exceptional customer service
• Keeping records relating to deliveries, inventory, and production levels
• Taking customer information and ensuring that deliveries are fulfilled accurately and on time
• Cleaning and restocking workstation and ensuring that all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift
