Role Overview:

As a Home Caregiver at Homewatch CareGivers, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to clients in their homes. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with team members to promote client independence and enhance their quality of life. Whether you work full-time or part-time, you’ll have the flexibility to align your shifts around personal responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist clients with daily living activities, personal care, and companionship.
2. Monitor client's condition and report changes to the team or family members as needed.
3. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients at all times.
4. Utilize our Care App for scheduling, responsibilities, and communication with the office and family.
5. Develop meaningful relationships with clients to enhance their overall well-being.

Qualifications:

You’re a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Compassionate and patient demeanor in working with elderly clients.
2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
4. Flexible availability to accommodate various shifts, including weekends.

Bonus If You:

1. Have prior experience in caregiving or a related field.
2. Possess certifications in CPR or First Aid.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is available as both Full-Time and Part-Time, with availability on Monday through Sunday.

Location:

This position is on-site only in Prosper, Texas.
