Role Overview:

As an In-Home Caregiver at Homewatch CareGivers, you will be responsible for enhancing the daily lives of our clients through compassionate and reliable care. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our team to implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client. Whether you work full-time, part-time, or flexible shifts, you’ll have the opportunity to make a significant impact in your community.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
2. Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities to combat loneliness and enhance well-being.
3. Support clients with daily living activities, including meal preparation and medication reminders.
4. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients in their homes.
5. Collaborate with our healthcare team to ensure continuity of care and adapt plans as needed.

Qualifications:

You’re a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Passion to support people in a compassionate manner.
2. Experience in caregiving or related field.
3. Strong communication skills and ability to follow care plans.
4. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
5. Willingness to learn and inspire excellence in caregiving.

Bonus If You:

1. Have additional training or certifications in home care.
2. Are bilingual or multilingual, particularly in Spanish.
3. Possess experience with specialized care needs.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is Full-Time, with availability required Monday through Sunday.

Location:

This position is on-site only in Rock Hill, South Carolina.
