Homewatch CareGivers of Sparks–North Reno is hiring compassionate caregivers to help seniors, veterans, and individuals with disabilities remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.

Our caregivers provide personalized, relationship-focused support that improves quality of life for clients and their families. We carefully match caregivers with clients based on personality, care needs, and compatibility because trust and connection matter.

Responsibilities:

• Provide companionship and help with daily living activities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and hygiene

• Prepare meals and support proper nutrition

• Help with mobility, transfers, and safe walking

• Provide transportation to appointments and errands

• Offer respite care and support for families

• Assist clients recovering after hospitalization

• Report changes or concerns to the care team

Qualifications:

• Compassionate, dependable, and respectful

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Able to follow care plans and adapt to individual client needs

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes

• Previous caregiving experience preferred, but not required

Preferred:

• CPR or First Aid certification

• Experience with dementia, personal care, veterans, or mobility assistance
