Caregiver (Flexible Hours)

About Us:

Homewatch CareGivers of Henderson provides non-medical in-home care services for seniors and adults who need extra support to remain safe and independent at home. We assist with companionship, personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility/transfers), meal preparation, medication reminders, transportation, respite care, dementia support, and light housekeeping. We work with a mix of private pay families, long-term care insurance, VA programs, Medicare Advantage partnerships, GUIDE/respite programs, workers’ compensation, and hospital/community referrals throughout the Henderson and Las Vegas area. What makes us different is our personalized and relationship-focused approach. We prioritize consistency, communication, and matching the right caregiver to each client’s personality and needs. Our team is multilingual, culturally sensitive, and experienced with complex situations including dementia, Parkinson’s, mobility limitations, hospice support, and post-hospital recovery. As a locally operated agency, we stay very hands-on with both families and caregivers. We focus on responsiveness, caregiver support, and creating care plans that are flexible and realistic for each family’s situation.

Role Overview:

As a Caregiver at Homewatch CareGivers, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and personalized care to seniors and adults. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with families and your caregiving team to ensure our clients remain safe and independent at home. Whether you work full-time or part-time, you’ll have the flexibility to manage your schedule while making a meaningful impact on the lives of those you care for.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide light housekeeping services including laundry, dishes, tidying, and organization.
2. Assist with meal preparation and kitchen support.
3. Support clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
4. Help with safe transfers and mobility assistance.
5. Monitor health and provide medication reminders.
6. Offer warm companionship and emotional support to clients.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is available as both Full-Time and Part-Time, with availability required Monday through Sunday.

Location:

This position is on-site only in Henderson, Nevada.
