Role Overview:

As a Home Caregiver at Assisting Hands North Austin, you will be responsible for providing personalized, non-medical support services to our clients, enabling them to maintain their dignity and independence in the comfort of their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our dedicated team to ensure that individuals receive the compassionate care they deserve. Whether you work full-time, part-time, or on-call, you’ll have the flexibility to choose a schedule that fits your lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide compassionate, hands-on care and support to clients in their homes.
2. Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
3. Monitor clients' health and reporting changes to the care team.
4. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients’ quality of life.
5. Document and maintain accurate records of client care and observations.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in English.
3. Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
4. Commitment to providing compassionate care and understanding clients’ needs.
5. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.

Bonus If You:

1. Hold a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
2. Have experience working with elderly or disabled individuals.
3. Possess specialized training related to caregiving duties.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is available as Full-Time or Part-Time, with flexibility to accommodate various schedules.

Location:

This position is on-site only, based in Georgetown, Texas.
