Role Overview:

As a Compassionate Caregiver at FirstLight Home Care of BuxMont, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to our clients in their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our dedicated team to ensure that all clients receive the compassion and attention they deserve. By working on-site in Doylestown, Pennsylvania, you’ll have the flexibility to engage directly with those you care for, making a meaningful impact in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
2. Support clients with mobility and transfers.
3. Prepare meals and assist with basic nutrition needs.
4. Engage clients in social activities to promote emotional well-being.
5. Provide companionship and support to help enhance clients’ quality of life.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Compassionate and patient demeanor.
2. Ability to communicate effectively in English.
3. Prior experience in caregiving or similar roles.
4. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
5. Strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Bonus If You:

1. Have additional certifications in caregiving or first aid.
2. Are bilingual and can communicate in languages other than English.
3. Possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is available in both Full-Time and Part-Time capacities, with shifts available 7 days a week.

Location:

This position is on-site only in Doylestown, Pennsylvania, and we are looking for candidates who can work within this location.
