Resolve care coordination or service concerns promptly and professionally.

Oversee client-caregiver matching based on skill requirements, geographical coverage across Volusia and Flagler counties, and scheduling compatibility.
Monitor Electronic Visit Verification (EVV), time-and-attendance compliance, and overtime tracking.
Maintain a supportive, structured environment for field caregiver teams to promote reliability and staff retention.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
Ensure agency compliance with Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) regulations, licensing mandates, and applicable labor laws.
Conduct regular audits of client care documentation, caregiver credential files, and administrative records.
Participate in an operational escalation rotation to support urgent client or staffing matters outside standard office hours.
