CNA - Overnights, Part-Time

Role Overview:

As a CNA - Overnights at Home Helpers, you will be responsible for delivering compassionate and personal care to our clients during overnight shifts. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our caregiving team to ensure our clients’ needs are met, fostering a safe and supportive environment. Whether you work on-site in Kissimmee, you'll have the flexibility to provide critical support to individuals who choose to remain independent in their home.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
2. Offer companionship and emotional support to clients during overnight hours.
3. Monitor and assist with medication reminders and health checks.
4. Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping as needed.
5. Ensure a safe living environment by performing regular safety checks and addressing any concerns.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. CNA certification and valid licensure in Florida.
2. Experience in providing care for seniors or individuals with disabilities.
3. Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
4. Genuine compassion and dedication to enhancing clients’ quality of life.
5. Ability to work on Saturdays and Sundays during assigned overnight shifts.

Bonus If You:

1. Have prior experience with individuals recovering from illness or surgery.
2. Hold additional certifications related to home care or elder care.

Employment Type & Availability:

This is a Part-Time position that requires availability on Saturdays and Sundays for overnight shifts.

Location:

This position is on-site only in Kissimmee, Florida.
