About Us:

BrightStar Care is a home care company that promotes well-being in the home. We provide caregivers, CNAs, LPNs or RNs for in-home care, assisting with a variety of needs such as toileting, light housekeeping, dressing, grooming, companionship, dementia care, safety, and much more. Each client is individually assessed by a Registered Nurse to develop a personalized Plan of Care, ensuring that we deliver top-notch care. Role Overview:

As a Live In Caregiver at BrightStar Care, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and professional in-home care to our clients in Tinley Park. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our nursing team to assess clients' needs and implement personalized care plans. Whether you work full-time or part-time, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of those you serve.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist clients with daily living activities, including toileting, grooming, and dressing.
2. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
3. Assist with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
4. Attend to clients' safety and well-being with utmost care and professionalism.
5. Follow individualized care plans developed by a Registered Nurse.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Experience in caregiving or nursing roles.
2. Valid certification or training as a CNA or similar.
3. Strong communication skills in English.
4. Empathy and compassion for clients in need of care.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Bonus If You:

1. Have additional certifications in healthcare.
2. Are trained in dementia care or similar.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is available for Thursday, Friday, and Sunday. (Enter Thursday morning, leave Saturday morning, return Sunday morning, leave Monday morning.)

Location:

This position is on-site only, located in Tinley Park, Illinois.
