Role Overview:

As a Caregiver at BrightStar Care, you will be responsible for providing high-quality in-home care to individuals, aiding them in their daily activities while promoting their independence. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our nursing team to ensure that our clients receive exceptional care that enhances their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
2. Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversation and activities.
3. Assist with medication management and report any changes in client condition.
4. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
5. Communicate effectively with family members and other health care providers.

Qualifications:

2. Reliable and dependable with a commitment to maintaining clients’ independence.
3. Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
4. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
5. CNA certification is a plus, but not required.

Bonus If You:

1. Have experience working with elderly clients or individuals with disabilities.
2. Possess knowledge of basic first aid and CPR.
3. Are bilingual, particularly in Spanish.

Employment Type & Availability:

This is a Part-Time position with availability from Monday through Sunday. Shifts are typically from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Location:

This position is on-site only, based in Richardson, Texas.
