Role Overview:

As a Nurse RN at Homewatch CareGivers of Hilton Head Island, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality in-home nursing care to our clients. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with caregivers to ensure that our clients receive compassionate and personalized support, contributing to their overall well-being and joy. Whether you work on-site, you’ll have the opportunity to create meaningful connections with clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized care plans tailored to each client’s needs that meet our high care standards
2. Educate clients and their families on managing their health conditions, medications, and nutrition.
3. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive care, ensuring all health needs are addressed.
4. Conduct quality assurance visits to maintain high care standards.
5. Supervise and train caregivers, fostering adherence to regulations and quality care protocols.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all client care activities and progress.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Current RN license in South Carolina.
2. Experience in in-home care or a similar healthcare setting.
3. Strong communication skills, including the ability to speak English fluently.
4. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Bonus If You:

1. Have experience with geriatric care or rehabilitation services.
2. Possess additional certifications such as BLS or ACLS.
3. Are bilingual or multilingual, enhancing communication with clients.

Employment Type & Availability:

This is a Part-Time position available Monday through Friday.

Location:

This position is on-site only at our location in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina.
