Role Overview:

As a Welder Fabricator at Precon Marine Inc, you will play a vital role in the fabrication and assembly of marine structures and components. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our skilled team to ensure all welding projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety. This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from anywhere in the USA.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to execute welding and fabrication tasks.
2. Perform welding processes including MIG, TIG, and arc welding with precision and skill.
3. Conduct inspections of finished welds to ensure quality and compliance with industry standards.
4. Maintain a clean and safe workspace, adhering to all health and safety guidelines.
5. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to optimize fabrication processes and timelines.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Proven experience as a welder/fabricator with a strong understanding of various welding techniques.
2. Certified in welding processes (MIG, TIG, and Stick) preferred.
3. Excellent technical skills and attention to detail.
4. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
5. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.

Bonus If You:

1. Have additional certifications in welding safety or other relevant areas.
2. Possess knowledge of marine construction practices or related industries.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is Full-Time, Monday through Friday.

This position is fully remote and open to any candidate in the USA.
