Role Overview:

As a Caregiver / CNA at Homewatch CareGivers, you will be responsible for providing essential care and support to clients within their homes. In this role, you’ll assist clients with activities of daily living, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment while maintaining effective communication with clients and their families. This is an on-site position located in Roseville, California, allowing you to provide compassionate and professional care directly to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist clients with activities of daily living as outlined in the care plan.
2. Promote a safe and comfortable living environment.
3. Maintain effective communication with clients and their families.
4. Support clients with personal hygiene, medication management, and mobility assistance.
5. Document care services provided and report any changes in clients' conditions to the team.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) or equivalent experience.
2. Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with clients.
3. Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages (Punjabi, Spanish, Russian, Mandarin, or Tagalog) is a plus.
4. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
5. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Bonus If You:

1. Have experience with seniors or in a caregiving role.
2. Possess additional certifications in CPR or First Aid.
3. Are familiar with healthcare technology or electronic medical records.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is available as both Full-Time and Part-Time with flexibility across all days of the week.

Location:

This position is on-site in Roseville, Rocklin, Sacramento and surrounding areas.
