Role Overview:

As a Caregiver at Assisting Hands Rosenberg, you will be responsible for offering compassionate and personalized care to our clients in their homes. You will collaborate closely with a small team dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for those we serve. This is a remote position, providing you with the flexibility to deliver care from a distance while taking part in an impactful mission.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide personal care services to clients, including assistance with daily activities like bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
2. Support clients with mobility and transferring, ensuring safety and comfort.
3. Medication Reminders and monitor clients’ health as per care plans.
4. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the care team to discuss progress and adjust care plans as needed.
5. Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and stay updated with best practices in caregiving.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Past experience as a caregiver.
2. Compassionate and patient demeanor, with a strong desire to help others.
3. Excellent communication skills, including proficiency in English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus!
4. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
5. Flexibility in working hours to accommodate clients’ needs.
6. Have a valid TX drivers license & reliable, personal vehicle.

Bonus If You:

1. Have experience in providing care to individuals with disabilities.
2. Possess first aid and CPR certifications.
3. Are familiar with using technology for remote caregiving services such as Axiscare.

Location:

This position is fully remote and open to any candidate in Rosenberg, Richmond, Wharton and surrounding areas.
