Role Overview:

As a Home Health Aide at Homewatch CareGivers Rock Hill, you will be responsible for providing exceptional in-home care services that preserve dignity, independence, and safety for our clients. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with families and healthcare professionals to create personalized care plans tailored to the unique needs of each client. Whether you work on-site, you’ll have the flexibility to support clients with various needs throughout the week.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist clients with personal care and hygiene, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
2. Provide companionship and engagement to combat loneliness and enhance well-being.
3. Deliver care services with our top-tier team, ensuring exceptional service and reliability.
4. Support daily living activities and help clients maintain independence.
5. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and families to ensure tailored care plans meet individual needs.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Compassionate nature and a passion for supporting people.
2. Strong communication skills, including proficiency in English.
3. Ability to work collaboratively with a team of caregivers and healthcare professionals.
4. Prior experience in home care or similar caregiving roles is a plus.
5. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Bonus If You:

1. Have certifications in first aid or CPR.
2. Possess additional language skills to enhance communication with clients.
3. Have experience in creating personalized care plans.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is Full-Time or Part-Time and may include working on any day of the week, including weekends.

Location:

This position is on-site only in Rock Hill, South Carolina.
