Role Overview:

As a Caregiver at Home Helpers, you will be responsible for providing compassionate, personalized care to our clients, ensuring they can live independently and safely in the comfort of their own homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our team of professional caregivers to deliver high-quality services such as companionship, personal care, and homemaking. Whether you work on-site, you’ll have the opportunity to form meaningful relationships and make a significant impact on our clients’ lives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide compassionate companionship and support to clients in their home.
2. Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care and homemaking tasks.
3. Implement personalized care plans tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.
4. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients during visits.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English.
2. Ability to provide compassionate and respectful care.
3. Experience in caregiving or a related field is highly desirable.
4. Comfort with implementing personal care and household tasks.
5. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekdays.

Bonus If You:

1. Have specific training or certifications in caregiving.
2. Possess knowledge about conditions such as dementia or Alzheimer’s.
3. Experience working with diverse populations.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is available as both full-time and part-time, with flexible scheduling options from Monday through Sunday.

Location:

This position is on-site only, and we are looking for candidates in Morton, Illinois.
