Role Overview:

As a Home Caregiver at Homewatch CareGivers of Los Altos, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and reliable support to clients in the comfort of their own homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with clients and their families to ensure safety, comfort, and a dignified living experience. Whether you work full-time or part-time, you’ll have the opportunity to create meaningful relationships while improving the lives of those in need.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
2. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
3. Promote safety and ensure clients feel valued and comfortable at all times.
4. Support clients with medication reminders and transportation needs.
5. Communicate effectively with clients and their families to understand their unique needs.

Qualifications:

You’re a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Compassionate and empathetic nature with a commitment to providing exceptional care.
2. Ability to maintain dignity and respect for clients at all times.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
5. References or experience in a caregiving role preferred.

Bonus If You:

1. Have certifications in CPR or First Aid.
2. Speak multiple languages, enhancing communication with diverse clients.
3. Have experience with long-term care insurance navigation.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position offers both Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities, with availability from Monday to Sunday.

Location:

This position is on-site only and available in San Jose, California.
