Role Overview:

As an In-Home Caregiver at Assisting Hands North Austin, you will be responsible for providing personalized, non-medical support services to our clients, enabling them to maintain their dignity and independence in the comfort of their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our dedicated team to ensure that individuals receive the compassionate care they deserve. Whether you work full-time, part-time, or on-call, you’ll have the flexibility to meet the varying needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide individualized care and companionship to clients in their homes.
2. Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
3. Administer medications and help clients manage their health needs as directed.
4. Ensure a safe and clean living environment by performing light housekeeping tasks.
5. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop personalized care plans that support client needs.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Compassionate and caring demeanor with a strong commitment to improving clients' quality of life.
2. Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Prior experience in a caregiving role is preferred but not required.
5. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Bonus If You:

1. Have certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or similar.
2. Speak a second language to better serve diverse clientele.
3. Possess specialized training in caring for clients with specific needs (e.g., dementia care).

Employment Type & Availability:

This position includes options for Full-Time and Part-Time availability, with shifts available across all days of the week.

Location:

This position is on-site only and located in Round Rock, Texas.
