PRN Caregiver

Homewatch CareGivers of Chandler – Sun Lakes is seeking compassionate PRN Caregivers to join our team on an as-needed basis near Chandler – Sun Lakes, Arizona. This flexible on-call role is ideal if you want meaningful work without a fixed schedule — perfect for supplementing income, gaining experience, or balancing other commitments.

As a PRN Caregiver, you’ll provide personalized, in-home support to clients based on their individual needs and your availability. You’ll help maintain a safe and comfortable home environment while offering companionship, emotional support, and assistance with daily activities. Whether it’s helping with errands, appointments, social outings, or activities of daily living like walking, grooming, bathing, and more, your compassionate approach will make a real difference in clients’ lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate in-home care tailored to each client
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Assist with errands, appointments, and community activities
• Support activities of daily living (mobility, grooming, bathing, etc.)
• Communicate client progress and updates to office staff
• Perform other duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of in-home or skilled facility caregiving experience
• 18+ years of age, high school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background check, negative TB test, and hold current CPR & First Aid certification
• Strong commitment to quality care and following procedures
