Role Overview:

As a PRN Caregiver at Assisting Hands Rosenberg, you will be responsible for offering essential in-home care to clients requiring assistance. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our team to ensure clients receive the personalized support they need, fostering a safe and dignified home environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide compassionate, personalized care to clients, respecting their preferences and dignity.
2. Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
3. Maintain clear and accurate records of client care and progress.
4. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to ensure coordinated care.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Valid certification or license in caregiving or a related field.
2. Previous experience in home care or a similar setting.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to exhibit compassion and empathy while working with clients.
5. Reliable and adaptable, with a commitment to high-quality care.

Bonus If You: (not a requirement)

1. Have additional certifications in CPR or first aid.
2. Are bilingual, particularly in languages that cater to our client base.
3. Have experience working with clients with specific needs such as dementia or physical disabilities.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is Full-Time, available Monday through Friday.

Location:

This position will be in the client's place of residence, so driving will be required. Mileage reimbursement will only be available if you have to drive a client in your personal vehicle.
