Role Overview:

As a Home Caregiver at Homewatch CareGivers, you will be responsible for providing kind, compassionate, and reliable in-home care tailored to each client’s unique needs. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with a mission-driven team focused on improving the quality of life for our clients, particularly military veterans. Whether you work full-time or part-time, you’ll have flexible scheduling options to best accommodate your lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide in-home assistance to clients, ensuring their comfort and safety.
2. Support clients with daily activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
3. Build and maintain trusting relationships with clients and their families.
4. Participate in regular training and professional development as needed.
5. Document client progress and communicate effectively with the care team.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Compassionate approach to caregiving with genuine empathy and understanding.
2. Strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships with clients and families.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
4. Prior experience in caregiving is preferred but not required.
5. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Bonus If You:

1. Have certification in CPR and First Aid.
2. Are bilingual, which could enhance communication with clients.
3. Bring experience in working with military veterans.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is available as both Full-Time and Part-Time with availability across weekdays and weekends.

Location:

This position is on-site only and located in Carson City, Nevada.
