Role Overview:

As a Personal Caregiver at Homewatch CareGivers of Ann Arbor, you will be responsible for providing compassionate support to clients in their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the caregiving team to ensure each client receives exceptional person-centered care tailored to their specific needs. Whether you work on-site in Novi, Michigan, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of older adults and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
2. Support clients with mobility and transportation needs as required.
3. Monitor clients' physical and emotional well-being, providing companionship and support.
4. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
5. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients to ensure their well-being.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Experience in personal caregiving or related field.
2. Strong communication skills, especially in English.
3. Compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to improving the lives of others.
4. Ability to provide patient and understanding support to clients of varying needs.

Bonus If You:

1. Have previous experience working with older adults or in home care.
2. Hold relevant caregiving certifications or training.
3. Are bilingual or multilingual, enhancing communication with diverse clients.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is Full-Time, available Monday through Friday.

Location:

This position is on-site only, located in Novi, Michigan.
