We’re seeking a Principal Mechanical Engineer to join our leadership team. As the Principal Mechanical Engineer, you will:

• Lead mechanical and plumbing design for various projects, ensuring technical excellence and client satisfaction.
• Produce detailed drawings, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project specifications.
• Contribute to the firm’s growth and strategic direction as a key member of the leadership team.
• Mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring ongoing client satisfaction and project success.

We are looking for a candidate who:

• Holds a Professional Engineering (PE) license.
• Demonstrates strong communication skills and a passion for collaboration and innovation.
• Has proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Is experienced in performance specifications and sprinkler head layouts for fire protection design.
• Displays eagerness and initiative, with a drive to contribute to companies culture and success.
