Role Overview:

As an LPN – Skilled Home Care at BrightStar Care of Plano/N. Dallas, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, personalized nursing care to clients in their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with families, physicians, and care teams to deliver skilled services, ensuring comfort and safety for our patients. Whether you work on-site in Kaufman, Texas, you’ll have the flexibility to manage your schedule within a supportive and dynamic team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Providing skilled nursing care in the home setting.
2. Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
3. Monitoring and documenting patient conditions regularly.
4. Collaborating with physicians, families, and care teams to coordinate care.
5. Following individualized care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Current Texas LVN license in good standing.
2. Strong clinical and communication skills.
3. Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude.
4. Experience in home health or private duty nursing.

Bonus If You:

1. Have additional certifications in specialized nursing care.
2. Are bilingual in English and another language.
3. Possess experience working with patients with specific health conditions.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is Full-Time, available Monday through Friday.

Location:

This position is on-site only in Kaufman, Texas.
