Role Overview:

As a Part Time Caregiver at FirstLight Home Care, you will be responsible for providing compassionate, high-quality care to clients in their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with families to ensure our clients receive the support they need to enjoy their best day, every day. You’ll work on-site in Fishers, Indiana, with the flexibility to choose your availability from Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist clients with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
2. Provide companionship and emotional support, fostering positive relationships with clients.
3. Collaborate with family members to communicate client needs and progress.
4. Document care activities and changes in client conditions accurately and timely.
5. Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients while adhering to care protocols.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Previous experience in caregiving or related fields.
2. Compassionate nature with a strong desire to help others.
3. Strong communication skills, including proficiency in English.
4. High integrity with a commitment to providing quality care.
5. Ability to maintain flexibility and adaptability in various situations.

Employment Type & Availability:

This is a Part-Time position. We are a 24/7 business with shifts throughout the week and on weekends.

Location:

This position is on-site in client homes and/or facilities. Our office is located in Fishers, IN. We service the whole Eastern side of Indianapolis.
