Homewatch Caregivers supports the most vulnerable members of our community at their homes through innovative, comprehensive end-to-end care.

Role Overview:

As a Home Caregiver at Homewatch CareGivers of Southern NH, you will be responsible for providing compassionate, high-quality care to our clients in their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure the well-being and comfort of our clients. Whether you work full-time or part-time, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those who need it the most.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
2. Support clients with mobility and physical exercises as needed to enhance their independence.
3. Assist with medication reminders and basic healthcare monitoring techniques.
4. Engage clients in meaningful conversation and activities to promote emotional well-being.
5. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure a continuity of care that meets the specific needs of each client.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Compassionate and patient with a strong desire to help others.
2. Effective communication skills, including fluency in English.
3. Experience in caregiving or a related field, with a preference for prior home care experience.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team dedicated to the well-being of clients.
5. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if necessary.

Bonus If You:

1. Hold certifications such as CNA, HHA, or similar.
2. Are familiar with using in-home technology platforms for client care.
3. Have a track record of excellent client service and patient care.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is available for both Full-Time and Part-Time shifts, with availability including Monday through Sunday.

Location:

This position is on-site only, based in Hillsborough, New Hampshire.
