Role Overview:

As a Compassionate Caregiver at Assisting Hands Home Care Cave Creek, you will be responsible for providing compassionate, on-site personal care and assistance to clients in North Phoenix, North Scottsdale, and the surrounding communities such as Anthem and Cave Creek. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our team to ensure that each client’s needs are met while maintaining their independence and dignity. Whether you're helping with personal care or companionship, you will play a vital part in enhancing the quality of life for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide compassionate personal care to clients, including assistance with daily living activities.
2. Support clients with companionship and emotional well-being.
3. Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks.
4. Facilitate client transportation to appointments and social activities.
5. Maintain effective communication with clients, families, and team members to ensure personalized care.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Valid Direct Care Worker Certification (DCW) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
2. At least one year of professional caregiving experience.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including proficiency in English.
4. Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
5. Genuine compassion and a desire to enhance clients' quality of life.

Bonus If You:

1. Have additional certifications in specialized care, such as hospice support.
2. Are bilingual and can communicate in additional languages.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is available as both Full-Time and Part-Time, with availability for all days of the week.

Location:

This position is on-site only, based in Phoenix, Arizona.
