Community Liaison

About Us:

BrightStar Care is a home care company that promotes well-being in the home. We can provide our clients with caregivers, CNAs, LPNs or RNs that provide in-home care, assisting with toileting, light housekeeping, dressing, grooming, companionship, dementia care, safety, and much more. Each client is individually assessed by a Registered Nurse to develop a personalized Plan of Care, which our employees follow to deliver top-notch care. Care needs range from simple companionship care to round-the-clock skilled nursing care, and everything in between. BrightStar Care of Tinley Park is owned by husband-and-wife nurses who do the same work that we ask our employees to do. The length of the shifts can be as short as two hours or as long as twelve hours.

Role Overview:

As a Community Liaison at BrightStar Care, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with community organizations to promote our home health services. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the care team to enhance our visibility and outreach within the Tinley Park area, ensuring we connect effectively with potential clients and partners. Whether you work on-site, you’ll have the flexibility to engage extensively within the community to boost our service offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement outreach strategies to connect with local organizations and potential clients.
2. Attend community events and activities to promote BrightStar Care services.
3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with health care providers and referral sources.
4. Conduct community presentations to increase awareness of in-home health care services.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and resources.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Experience in sales, marketing, or community outreach.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Familiarity with home health care services is a plus.
5. Fluency in English is required.

Bonus If You:

1. Have a background in nursing or health care.
2. Possess a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
3. Have experience in a community liaison or similar role.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is Full-Time, Monday through Friday.

Location:

This position is on-site only in Tinley Park, Illinois.
