Role Overview:

As an In-Home Caregiver at Home Helpers Home Care, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and personalized care to individuals who wish to maintain their independence at home. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our team to ensure that our clients receive the highest quality of care tailored to their unique needs. Whether you work full-time or part-time, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide personal care services, including bathing and grooming.
2. Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and medication reminders.
3. Engage in companionship activities to enhance clients' emotional well-being.
4. Monitor clients’ health and report changes to the care team.
5. Collaborate with the team to ensure that all care services meet the highest standards.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Compassion and empathy for individuals needing assistance.
2. Strong communication skills, particularly in English.
3. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
4. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
5. Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is a plus.

Bonus If You:

1. Have experience in non-medical homecare.
2. Possess relevant certifications or training.
3. Are bilingual, particularly in languages beneficial to our clientele.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is available as Full-Time or Part-Time, with flexible scheduling options including weekdays and weekends.

Location:

This position is on-site only, based in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
